Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in K-12 EdTech, assessment, and/or customer-facing professional services.
  • 3+ years of people management experience.
  • Deep understanding of formative and/or interim assessments.
  • Experience with various assessment types.
  • Direct experience working with district and school leaders, instructional coaches, and assessment coordinators.
  • Strong operational skills to create scalable processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation & onboarding for assessment products.
  • Deliver ongoing advisory & support including data coaching and usage reviews.
  • Manage assessment migration & content services.
  • Hire, coach, and develop a team of individual contributors.
  • Operationalize intake, prioritization, and capacity models.
  • Partner cross-functionally to drive business outcomes.
  • Represent the voice of the customer to product and content teams.
