Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in K-12 EdTech, assessment, and/or customer-facing professional services.
- 3+ years of people management experience.
- Deep understanding of formative and/or interim assessments.
- Experience with various assessment types.
- Direct experience working with district and school leaders, instructional coaches, and assessment coordinators.
- Strong operational skills to create scalable processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort with ambiguity and problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Lead implementation & onboarding for assessment products.
- Deliver ongoing advisory & support including data coaching and usage reviews.
- Manage assessment migration & content services.
- Hire, coach, and develop a team of individual contributors.
- Operationalize intake, prioritization, and capacity models.
- Partner cross-functionally to drive business outcomes.
- Represent the voice of the customer to product and content teams.
