Requirements
- 10+ years of industry experience in software development.
- 8+ years developing native mobile iOS applications.
- 4+ years programming in Swift.
- Expertise in modern frameworks: Swift Concurrency, SwiftUI, Combine, MVVM, MVI.
- Experience in defining and implementing robust iOS application architectures.
- Proven experience leading technical decisions for a software development team.
- Experience with defining and implementing comprehensive mobile testing (XCTest).
- Experience with generative AI platforms and Agentic Coding paradigms.
- Ability to drive consensus among senior engineers in a cross-functional environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead Agile product development, including sprint planning and backlog refinement.
- Design and build complex, high-priority iOS features using Swift.
- Define and implement mobile testing strategies (unit, integration, UI).
- Lead architectural discussions and define system scalability standards.
- Act as a technical liaison between Mobile and Backend teams.
- Drive resolution of critical production issues through root cause analysis.
- Mentor senior and staff engineers on best practices and engineering excellence.
- Architect and govern the integration of AI-powered features.
