Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 8+ years of clinical data management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Professional level English proficiency (written and oral).
- Experience with clinical database management systems.
- Strong knowledge of drug, device, or biologic development.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel occasionally.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end clinical trial data management processes.
- Serve as the lead Data Management contact for assigned projects.
- Oversee database development, testing, and quality control.
- Develop and maintain data management documentation and Trial Master File.
- Conduct medical coding and SAE/AE reconciliation.
- Coordinate with sponsors, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Provide input on study timelines and resource management.
- Train project team members on EDC and study-specific items.
