Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience working on complex enterprise or B2B products
- Proven experience driving product decisions through UX research
- Strong working knowledge of enterprise software and complex administrative workflows
- Experience or familiarity with password/secrets management and credential lifecycle workflows
- Experience delivering both qualitative and quantitative research
- Demonstrated ability to operate at speed and deliver actionable insights
- Experience influencing stakeholders and navigating strong opinions
- Exposure to AI methods for expediting research
Responsibilities
- Own UX research for BeyondTrust’s password and secrets management capabilities
- Identify and prioritize high-impact problems across both administrator and end-user experiences
- Deliver fast, high-quality research that keeps pace with product development
- Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations
- Influence roadmap and prioritization decisions through evidence and strong point of view
- Partner closely with Product, Design, and Engineering
- Act as the primary customer advocate in product discussions
- Conduct end-to-end research using a mix of methods
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to uncover high-impact opportunities
