Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience with operating systems and networking.
- Relevant experience with Cloud administration and automation.
- Proven experience managing Azure or AWS environments (VMs, load balancers, storage buckets).
- Strong background in technical support and service delivery.
- Proficiency in Linux and Windows Server Systems.
- Scripting skills in PowerShell, Azure CLI, Python, JavaScript, or Terraform.
- Experience with Kubernetes and/or Docker.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology.
- Azure or AWS certifications.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain the availability and health of the BeyondTrust Cloud Service.
- Perform incident response and resolution for cloud-based services.
- Troubleshoot failed processes and instances in large-scale distributed systems.
- Implement solutions for identified problems and preventive maintenance items.
- Plan work, identify risks, and provide accurate time estimates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet defined SLAs.
- Maintain thorough documentation for all work performed.
- Contribute to Agile team processes and automation initiatives.
