- Proficiency in tools like Productive, Jira, Asana, and Notion.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Facilitation skills for senior stakeholders and designers.
- Experience with financial reporting and budget burn tracking.
- Proactive and transparent work style.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate team operational rhythms including stand-ups, project health checks, and retrospectives.
- Maintain project plans, flag schedule risks, and coordinate dependencies.
- Maintain trackers, dashboards, and client status reports.
- Log decisions, document rationale and scope changes.
- Respond to emerging blockers and manage unplanned coordination.
- Collaborate with the Principal of Design Operations on internal programs.
