Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS Product Management experience.
- Expertise in product discovery, rapid experimentation, and MVP validation.
- Experience shipping 0–1 products.
- Understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations (GPT-4, Claude, agent architectures).
- Strong bias toward action and ability to iterate from real usage.
- Skilled in qualitative and quantitative research.
- Experience with agentic AI products (systems that take autonomous actions) is a plus.
- Knowledge of travel/hotel technology, OTA ecosystems, booking engines, and hospitality operations (strongly preferred).
Responsibilities
- Shape the future of travel tech and lead impactful product launches.
- Spend time on rapid product discovery rather than executing a known roadmap.
- Perform rapid experimentation, customer interviews, and assumption testing.
- Discover hoteliers' trust in AI and build systems that earn trust in high-stakes situations.
- Ship fast, learn from real usage, and iterate.
- Turn problems into opportunities and prioritize ruthlessly.
