Requirements
- CPA required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience
- 4+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Experience leading or supporting accounting system implementations
- Experience in client onboarding
- Proficiency in accounting systems such as QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, and Intacct
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in client services, outsourced accounting, or consulting environment preferred
Responsibilities
- Direct end-to-end delivery of client onboarding projects.
- Lead development and implementation of financial systems and processes.
- Serve as the client's primary day-to-day contact during implementation.
- Own financial statement quality control across all clients.
- Develop and implement policies and controls to standardize financial processes.
- Drive technology modernization and efficiency improvements.
- Mentor, train, and support Staff and Senior Accountants.
- Collaborate with ALC leadership to identify new project opportunities.
