Requirements
- 7+ years in security engineering or backend systems
- Proven experience designing and deploying security controls
- Strong programming skills (Python preferred; Go, Java, or TypeScript a plus)
- Experience with logging, monitoring, and detection systems
- Experience building or securing API/service interactions
- Practical familiarity with agentic AI systems or tool-integrated LLM workflows
- Familiarity with OWASP guidance for AI/agent risks
- Understanding of Zero Trust for non-human identities
- Understanding of secrets management and credential scoping
- Experience with observability tooling like OpenTelemetry or ELK
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement guardrails for tool-using AI systems
- Build runtime enforcement mechanisms like proxies or middleware for AI behavior
- Design and implement identity and access controls for agents and automation
- Implement logging and tracing for AI activity
- Build detection capabilities using behavioral baselining and anomaly detection
- Perform agentic system threat modeling using MAESTRO
- Prevent sensitive data exposure and validate AI-generated code
