Requirements
- At least 7 years of industry experience as a software engineer.
- Experience shipping LLM-backed products.
- Experience with prompting, RAG, and/or agent frameworks.
- Experience designing, building, and scaling full-stack applications.
- Familiarity with TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience improving AI systems and creating eval sets.
- Experience mentoring other engineers.
- Experience working at rapidly scaling startups and large companies.
Responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally to design and implement AI-powered features.
- Integrate LLMs with Vanta’s existing products and systems.
- Instrument evaluations, guardrails, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with AI Platform engineers on foundational systems.
- Make pragmatic tradeoffs considering business priorities and technical foundation.
- Mentor engineers and champion engineering culture.
