  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to draft client-ready emails.
  • Demonstrated ability to recognize ambiguity and ask precise clarifying questions.
  • Strong judgment in scoping, pricing, prioritization, and expectation-setting.
  • Ability to manage multiple urgent client requests simultaneously.
  • Tech-savvy with comfort using websites and social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with law firm operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own a book of service client relationships across law firms and in-house legal teams.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients submitting capture requests.
  • Translate vague client requests into clear capture specifications and project scopes.
  • Quote and package work with consultative judgment.
  • Serve as a project manager for large or multi-phase engagements.
  • Identify and qualify software sales opportunities for the software team.
  • Build and improve repeatable processes, checklists, and templates.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
