Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in account management, client services, customer success, or project management.
- Experience working with legal, SaaS, litigation support, or professional services clients.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to draft client-ready emails.
- Demonstrated ability to recognize ambiguity and ask precise clarifying questions.
- Strong judgment in scoping, pricing, prioritization, and expectation-setting.
- Ability to manage multiple urgent client requests simultaneously.
- Tech-savvy with comfort using websites and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with law firm operations is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own a book of service client relationships across law firms and in-house legal teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients submitting capture requests.
- Translate vague client requests into clear capture specifications and project scopes.
- Quote and package work with consultative judgment.
- Serve as a project manager for large or multi-phase engagements.
- Identify and qualify software sales opportunities for the software team.
- Build and improve repeatable processes, checklists, and templates.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
