Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role in B2B SaaS healthcare technology
- Strong experience in and understanding of the healthcare industry and the needs of clinicians
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build trust with a wide range of customer stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to quickly learn and understand complex technical products and explain them to non-technical users
- Experience with EHR integration is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise accounts
- Assess and demonstrate value to customer stakeholders
- Lead the onboarding process for new customers
- Monitor account health and performance metrics
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and secure expansion opportunities
- Gather and analyze customer feedback
- Advocate for customer needs within the company
- Collaborate with the product team to shape the product roadmap
