Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role.
- Experience at a SaaS healthcare technology company preferred.
- Strong experience in and understanding of the healthcare industry and the needs of clinicians.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and understand complex technical products.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- Experience with EHR integration is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise accounts.
- Assess and demonstrate value to customer stakeholders, turning pilots into success studies.
- Lead the onboarding process for new customers.
- Monitor account health and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and secure expansion opportunities.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback.
- Advocate for customer needs within the company and collaborate with the product team.
