Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role.
  • Experience at a SaaS healthcare technology company preferred.
  • Strong experience in and understanding of the healthcare industry and the needs of clinicians.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand complex technical products.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
  • Experience with EHR integration is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise accounts.
  • Assess and demonstrate value to customer stakeholders, turning pilots into success studies.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new customers.
  • Monitor account health and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and secure expansion opportunities.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback.
  • Advocate for customer needs within the company and collaborate with the product team.
