Requirements
- 8+ years in healthcare technology product management
- At least 4 years in clinical data, EHR integration, or interoperability-focused roles
- Demonstrated ownership of an interoperability or clinical data strategy
- Hands-on EHR experience from the product or integration side
- Working knowledge of FHIR R4, HL7 v2/v3, and clinical data standards
- Experience managing enterprise clinical tooling decisions affecting workflows at scale
- Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, high-growth environments
Responsibilities
- Develop and steward Galileo's clinical data and interoperability strategy, aligning engineering, clinical, and leadership stakeholders
- Define product requirements for clinical data infrastructure, translating clinical workflow needs into technical specifications
- Own the EHR integration roadmap, from architecture approach to production
- Manage enterprise clinical workflow decisions through the product development lifecycle
- Evaluate and guide the responsible use of AI and agentic frameworks in clinical contexts
- Partner with clinical operations to ensure product decisions reflect clinical reality
- Drive cross-functional alignment and surface blockers to maintain progress
