Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in consultative selling, renewal management, and relationship management
  • 2-5 years of experience working with and building relationships with partners
  • Highly developed client service and client satisfaction focus
  • Experience operating within a fast-paced, multi-disciplined virtual team
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken English at CEF B2 level or above
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong knowledge of the higher education and e-Learning sectors preferred

Responsibilities

  • Acting on behalf of Encoura as the primary sales interface for renewals
  • Developing and delivering win/win proposals
  • Partnering on pricing, quoting, and processing renewal contracts
  • Managing portfolio with the aim of achieving 100% on-time renewals
  • Collaborating with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to mitigate retention risks
  • Coordinating and providing status updates and forecasts to leadership
