Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with an object-oriented backend language (Ruby on Rails or Golang preferred).
- Proficiency in PostgreSQL.
- Experience with GCP, Linux, and containerization.
- Experience with APIs and integrations.
- Experience with web apps, especially React.JS.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Ability to interact professionally with diverse groups.
- Currently living in Latin America.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and improve the delivery of our SaaS product.
- Debug identified issues, providing clear analysis to both the customer and internal teams.
- Identify trends in support work and opportunities for root problem resolution.
- Proactively manage customer expectations and meet SLAs.
- Implement well-structured code and assist customers with integrations.
- Investigate and identify technical causes to issues raised by customers.
- Manage releases and deployments.
- Review, propose, and implement improvements to processes and toolsets.
