Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with an object-oriented backend language (Ruby on Rails or Golang preferred).
  • Proficiency in PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with GCP, Linux, and containerization.
  • Experience with APIs and integrations.
  • Experience with web apps, especially React.JS.
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Ability to interact professionally with diverse groups.
  • Currently living in Latin America.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and improve the delivery of our SaaS product.
  • Debug identified issues, providing clear analysis to both the customer and internal teams.
  • Identify trends in support work and opportunities for root problem resolution.
  • Proactively manage customer expectations and meet SLAs.
  • Implement well-structured code and assist customers with integrations.
  • Investigate and identify technical causes to issues raised by customers.
  • Manage releases and deployments.
  • Review, propose, and implement improvements to processes and toolsets.
