Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter supporting operations roles.
  • Proven experience in high-volume recruiting environments, preferably within healthcare, digital health, or high-growth organizations.
  • Startup experience at a Digital Health or Tech company, or comparable experience in a scaling, operations-heavy recruiting environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage multiple pipelines across clinical and non-clinical functions.
  • Comfortable identifying, engaging, and closing candidates across diverse role types.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong experience working with LinkedIn, Lever (or other ATS), and G-Suite products.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies for both clinical and operations roles.
  • Manage multiple high-volume requisitions simultaneously across clinical and operations functions.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to determine qualifications, skills, and overall fit.
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and operations candidates to develop long-term pipelines.
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, scheduling, background checks, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes regarding healthcare staffing.
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Leverage recruiting data and metrics to improve hiring efficiency and quality.
