Requirements
- Proven success in remote phone sales or telemarketing (minimum 3 years)
- Highly motivated with strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable managing high call volumes and follow-ups in a virtual setting
- Self-disciplined with the ability to work independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with customer systems (Google Suite, Salesforce preferred)
- Effective time management and adaptability
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough discovery calls with inbound leads to understand their tax issues, financial situation, and goals
- Review client-provided documents and system data to recommend customized resolution programs
- Own the full sales process from consultation to enrollment
- Build trust by listening to clients' concerns and explaining solutions
- Accurately record client interactions and financial information in CRM
- Meet or exceed sales goals through persistence and organization
