Requirements
- 3+ years experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations.
- Proven experience owning and administering CRM platforms.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience building reporting infrastructure from the ground up.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar business intelligence tools.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and dashboard-building capabilities.
- Experience supporting recruiting, sales, or growth organizations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary owner and administrator of the Growth Department CRM.
- Manage CRM configurations, workflows, and user training.
- Produce recurring performance reports and maintain KPI tracking models.
- Build scorecards, dashboards, and forecasting tools for leadership.
- Create executive-level presentations for team meetings and market launches.
- Monitor team performance against benchmarks and identify coaching gaps.
- Document and maintain departmental processes and SOPs.
- Facilitate onboarding for new growth team members.
