Responsibilities
- Respond to customer emails and phone calls promptly.
- Submit orders to suppliers and monitor fulfillment.
- Manage tracking information and keep customers updated.
- Proactively contact customers regarding confirmations, delays, and deliveries.
- Resolve order issues, damage claims, and returns.
- Maintain accurate records of customers and communications.
- Manage social media accounts, including posts and engagement.
