Requirements
- 4+ years of Workday-certified integration consulting experience
- Technical lead experience on at least one full Workday Student implementation
- Current Workday Studio certification (held for at least 2 years)
- Current Workday Orchestration certification
- Strong experience designing solutions for complex Workday integration challenges
- Solid understanding of web service technologies (REST, JSON, SOAP, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML)
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills
Responsibilities
- Lead Phase 1 Workday Student implementation projects with large integration teams
- Partner with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and secure formal sign-off
- Assess and communicate technical impacts of configuration and design decisions
- Design detailed integration specifications including field mappings and process flows
- Develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations
- Lead knowledge transfer sessions and educate clients
- Track issues, risks, and dependencies
- Serve as technical lead across multiple integration workstreams
