Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in design roles (agency, in-house, or freelance environments)
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, responsive systems, and prototyping
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and digital design principles
- Experience translating brand strategy into cohesive visual systems and assets
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines effectively
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and workflows
- Strong communication skills and ability to participate in critiques and creative discussions
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of visual assets across brand, web, social media, decks, and digital campaigns
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems, style guides, and component libraries in Figma
- Translate creative direction and strategic input into refined, production-ready designs
- Support web and digital design initiatives through wireframes, layouts, and interface design
- Create internal and external marketing materials including case studies, presentations, and visual narratives
- Ensure consistency, structure, and organization of design assets within established systems
- Participate in creative reviews, critiques, and collaborative design sessions
- Balance speed and quality to deliver polished outputs aligned with deadlines and expectations
