Requirements

- Experience performing complex software/platform demos
- Ability to establish strong, trusting relationships with key decision-makers
- Excellent active listening skills
- Team player attitude
- Fluent English (US/UK)
- Understanding of HR culture is a plus
Responsibilities
- Sign new logos within the UK and Scandinavian markets
- Lead inbound opportunities from demo to closing
- Participate in responses to requests for proposals
- Develop sales strategies to close deals
- Ensure accurate reporting to optimize forecasts
- Build a solid network of HR and training decision-makers
- Improve sales playbook and participate in internal projects
