Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in solutions architecture, pre-sales engineering, or infrastructure engineering.
- Strong experience developing SOWs, technical proposals, labor estimates, and BoMs.
- Hands-on knowledge of data center infrastructure, structured cabling, rack/stack, and network infrastructure.
- Ability to interpret technical documentation including floor plans and network diagrams.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM/case management systems.
- Proficiency with SharePoint, Microsoft Office, Visio, Lucidchart, and Slack.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Must be based in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Lead or support technical discovery sessions with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Develop scalable infrastructure solutions across data center, network, cloud, and cabling environments.
- Create and maintain Statements of Work (SOWs), including deliverables and project phases.
- Manage assigned cases through the Salesforce workflow.
- Validate labor, subcontractor, and material cost inputs.
- Coordinate peer reviews and provide updates to Account Executives.
- Maintain project-related documentation in SharePoint.
- Support RFP/RFI/RFQ responses and technical proposal development.
