Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales-enablement position encompassing sales support, sales analysis as well as market analysis and research.
  • Proficient in analytical problem-solving with a strong ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (C1 or above).
  • Advanced logical and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with demonstrated experience in managing complex projects end-to-end.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Slides/Docs.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Knowledge or experience in digital and programmatic fields preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head of Sales Nordics and sales team in various capacities.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present data and insights to facilitate decision-making processes.
  • Proactively provide the sales team with data, insights, research, and presentations.
  • Conduct market and prospect-based research.
  • Develop and enhance existing sales tools.
  • Conduct CRM audits, including preparing and generating reports on current sales activity.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to enhance sales efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain the client case study program.
