Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a sales-enablement position encompassing sales support, sales analysis as well as market analysis and research.
- Proficient in analytical problem-solving with a strong ability to work independently and proactively.
- Excellent communication skills in English (C1 or above).
- Advanced logical and analytical thinking abilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with demonstrated experience in managing complex projects end-to-end.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Slides/Docs.
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
- Knowledge or experience in digital and programmatic fields preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Head of Sales Nordics and sales team in various capacities.
- Prepare, analyze, and present data and insights to facilitate decision-making processes.
- Proactively provide the sales team with data, insights, research, and presentations.
- Conduct market and prospect-based research.
- Develop and enhance existing sales tools.
- Conduct CRM audits, including preparing and generating reports on current sales activity.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to enhance sales efficiency.
- Develop and maintain the client case study program.
