Requirements
- 10+ years of project management experience.
- Experience in Directive or Enterprise PMO (EPMO) environment.
- Demonstrated success leading innovation pipelines and stage gate processes.
- Experience operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment and decision-making.
- Ability to translate complexity into actionable insights for leadership.
- Experience building or scaling PMO functions.
- Expertise in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, or Atlas).
- Lean / Continuous Improvement experience (preferred).
- Experience with async reporting models (preferred).
- Familiarity with healthcare-specific OKRs and operational excellence (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Define and enforce a unified Stage-Gate process across the project lifecycle.
- Ensure clear entry/exit criteria and decision frameworks at each project gate.
- Map portfolio projects to company OKRs with risk mitigation plans.
- Perform trade-off analysis on cost, timing, and complexity for senior leadership.
- Maintain data integrity across all initiatives as a single source of truth.
- Create bi-weekly executive reports for rapid decision-making.
- Partner with Finance and Data Analytics to implement automated visualization tools.
- Lead and mentor a team of project managers.
- Train Product, Engineering, and Operations teams on PM discipline.
- Lead retrospectives to drive lean improvements.
