Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, engage, and attract qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Review inbound applications and screen resumes.
- Conduct initial gatekeeper interviews.
- Manage all candidate communications.
- Ensure consistent follow-ups and pipeline tracking.
- Coordinate offer letters, account setup, and orientation.
- Evaluate and improve recruiting and HR workflows.
