Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in information security, application security, or cloud security roles
- Strong knowledge of AI technologies, including large language models, generative AI platforms, and modern AI development tools
- Hands-on experience with AI platforms such as OpenAI (ChatGPT, Codex), Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, AWS Bedrock, or similar tools
- Solid understanding of cloud security, application security, and secure software development practices
- Deep familiarity with AI security and governance frameworks including NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, OWASP Top 10 for LLMs, and MITRE ATLAS
- Strong analytical, risk assessment, and problem-solving skills in complex technical environments
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical risks into clear business recommendations
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or AI-focused security certifications are highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enforce governance policies, standards, and procedures for the secure use of AI technologies across the organization
- Partner with legal, privacy, and engineering teams to design and implement responsible AI governance frameworks
- Conduct security and risk assessments of AI models, platforms, and applications, including LLMs and generative AI systems
- Review proposed AI use cases and provide security recommendations prior to production deployment
- Design and implement technical guardrails, secure integration patterns, and compensating controls for AI-enabled systems
- Monitor evolving regulatory requirements and industry frameworks such as NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, OWASP LLM Top 10, and MITRE ATLAS
- Develop and enhance monitoring, detection, and response capabilities for AI-related security risks and incidents
- Evaluate and recommend AI security tools, platforms, and best practices to strengthen organizational defenses
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed security controls into AI development and deployment workflows
- Provide training, guidance, and awareness programs on secure and responsible AI usage across the organization
