Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in information security, application security, or cloud security roles
  • Strong knowledge of AI technologies, including large language models, generative AI platforms, and modern AI development tools
  • Hands-on experience with AI platforms such as OpenAI (ChatGPT, Codex), Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, AWS Bedrock, or similar tools
  • Solid understanding of cloud security, application security, and secure software development practices
  • Deep familiarity with AI security and governance frameworks including NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, OWASP Top 10 for LLMs, and MITRE ATLAS
  • Strong analytical, risk assessment, and problem-solving skills in complex technical environments
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical risks into clear business recommendations
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or AI-focused security certifications are highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enforce governance policies, standards, and procedures for the secure use of AI technologies across the organization
  • Partner with legal, privacy, and engineering teams to design and implement responsible AI governance frameworks
  • Conduct security and risk assessments of AI models, platforms, and applications, including LLMs and generative AI systems
  • Review proposed AI use cases and provide security recommendations prior to production deployment
  • Design and implement technical guardrails, secure integration patterns, and compensating controls for AI-enabled systems
  • Monitor evolving regulatory requirements and industry frameworks such as NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, OWASP LLM Top 10, and MITRE ATLAS
  • Develop and enhance monitoring, detection, and response capabilities for AI-related security risks and incidents
  • Evaluate and recommend AI security tools, platforms, and best practices to strengthen organizational defenses
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to embed security controls into AI development and deployment workflows
  • Provide training, guidance, and awareness programs on secure and responsible AI usage across the organization
