Requirements
- 7+ years experience in strategy, operations, consulting, product, or customer-facing delivery roles
- Strong analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Comfortable working with technical stakeholders
- Skilled at translating abstract problems into structured plans
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong project management and cross-functional influencing skills
- Experience in data labeling, annotation, rater workflows, or evaluation tasks (preferred)
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, or tools like Notion, Zapier, Asana & Miro (preferred)
- Familiarity with LLM applications, model evaluation frameworks, or human-in-the-loop systems (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Own project scoping and feasibility
- Lead project setup: Draft protocols, instructions, workflows, and platform configurations
- Design and operationalize rater pipelines
- Run pilots and iterate
- Ensure delivery excellence
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Data, Product, and Engineering
- Document learnings and create playbooks
