Requirements
- Extensive and varied track record of in-house product design work.
- Demonstrated experience working alongside product managers and engineers.
- Experience in line-managing or acting as player/coach for other designers.
- Competence in industry-standard design tools, principles, and methodologies.
- Confidence working with AI prototyping tools (e.g., Figma Make).
- Basic to detailed understanding of how AI models work.
- Ability to craft user-psychology-informed experiences for large-scale audiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead design vision, strategy, and execution across three cross-functional teams.
- Oversee participant experiences and authenticity in global marketplace and internal participant modeling services.
- Act as a hands-on designer for a core participant domain.
- Line-manage 1-3 designers and provide mentorship.
- Co-own cross-functional initiatives including accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA) and the design system.
- Execute user research and data analysis.
- Collaborate with product engineers, AI researchers, and data scientists.
