Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience building and managing data implementation processes for enterprise software.
- Experience managing data solutions, analytics engineering, or implementation services teams.
- Product management experience relating to data ingestion, classification, review, and validation.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and executive stakeholders.
- Background in data architecture (lakes, warehouses), ETL/ELT pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS).
- Experience with Python, SQL, and BI software (e.g., Tableau).
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Strong reasoning, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to generate value in an entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities
- Own delivery of accurate and timely partner data to downstream modeling and web application deliverables.
- Evaluate, develop, and manage products and processes that ensure data delivery efficiency.
- Work directly with external partners to address issues relating to data ingestion, processing, and quality.
- Review and propose Partner Data workflows in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Hire, develop, and supervise the Partner Data team.
- Execute on data deliverables when capable and as needed.
- Build a collaborative culture focused on ownership and empathy.
