Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least four years of experience in revenue management, data science, statistical analytics, machine learning, or consulting.
- Familiarity with modeling methodologies: exploratory data analysis, regression, simulation, discrete choice, optimization, Bayesian statistics, and causal inference.
- Demonstrated excellence with R programming.
- Experience with git and version control tools.
- Excellent reasoning, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and improve production demand modeling, sales forecasting, pricing, and ticket inventory optimization applications.
- Support junior Data Science team members in resolving complex issues.
- Perform model calibration processes for partner organizations.
- Improve internal and external modeling product documentation.
- Maintain and improve codebase with version control and software development best practices.
- Provide strategic input on product development, data collection, and data architecture.
