Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data architecture, or systems architecture.
- Deep knowledge of data modeling, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures.
- Proven experience building and scaling data platforms like data lakes and real-time streaming.
- Strong experience designing and operating AI/ML systems in production.
- Experience in regulated industries (fintech, financial services, healthcare).
- Proficiency with modern cloud platforms like AWS.
- Proficiency with modern data ecosystems like Databricks.
- Excellent communication skills for influencing stakeholders.
- Experience in senior architecture roles within high-growth organizations.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end data and AI architecture across transactional systems, analytics platforms, and AI-driven product layers.
- Define and evolve canonical data models across key business domains.
- Design and govern production-grade AI systems including LLM-based applications, RAG pipelines, and vector databases.
- Lead architectural decision-making across engineering teams.
- Evaluate and guide integration strategies across employer systems and partner ecosystems.
- Drive rapid prototyping and technical discovery efforts.
- Partner with executive leadership to translate business strategy into scalable technical direction.
