Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in healthcare, benefits consulting, pharmacy, or a related field.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-evolving product and market environment.
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel as needed (upward of 50%).
  • Clinical or pharmacy experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead or support strategic consultant and employer meetings to explain solution value and integration.
  • Convert opportunities into solution adoption through education.
  • Serve as the escalation point for technical and clinical questions.
  • Deliver internal and external training to increase Account Manager knowledge.
  • Identify implementation risks through oversight and reporting.
  • Partner with Product to define vendor support needs and engagement tools.
  • Act as a bridge between the field, Product, Clinical, and vendor partners.
