Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years’ experience in a client facing account management, customer success, consulting or related roles.
- Experience in health insurance and/or self-insurance or related fields.
- Ability to manage consultative executive relationships through client lifecycle management, with exposure to renewal negotiations.
- Comfort working with data, reports and financial metrics.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
- Strong presentation skills and comfort presenting to large audiences.
- Ability to work on multiple projects at once with high attention to detail.
- Ability to accomplish large volumes of work with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of consultant and employer accounts, serving as the primary strategic partner responsible for retention, satisfaction, and long term value creation.
- Support proactive account planning, risk identification, and renewal strategy to protect recurring revenue.
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with consultants and senior level employer stakeholders.
- Lead executive level conversations, including business reviews and strategy sessions.
- Drive end-to-end renewal execution, including data validation and consultant communication.
- Apply financial and analytical judgment to guide discussions on cost containment and plan performance.
- Identify opportunities to expand adoption of Savings Engine solutions.
- Coordinate across territory partners to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Maintain accurate documentation and Salesforce records.
