Requirements
- At least 2 years of work experience in the Web3 industry.
- Hands-on usage or service experience with exchanges, wallets, custody, or DeFi.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Basic understanding of financial markets, derivatives, and risk-return profiles.
- Result-oriented with clear KPI focus.
- Comfortable with high-intensity work pace and frequent travel.
- Bilingual proficiency in both Chinese and English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Math, Statistics, or CS.
Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire potential high-value clients through multiple channels.
- Quickly profile and identify high-potential target clients, maintaining a structured lead pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Conduct regular reviews to understand trading needs, capital scale, and product preferences.
- Take full responsibility for key KPIs including AUM, trading volume, and revenue.
- Provide professional product comparisons and recommendations to clients.
- Gather client needs and work with internal teams to deliver customized solutions.
- Track industry trends, competitor strategies, and new product types.
