Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, user acquisition, or lifecycle marketing.
- Deep understanding of P2P crypto trading mechanics and payment corridor operations.
- Strong command of CRM and lifecycle tooling.
- Data fluency with tools like Tableau, Looker, or Metabase.
- Deep familiarity with Pakistan's digital payments landscape.
- Experience managing community channels for crypto growth.
- Strong written and verbal communication in both Urdu and English.
- Understanding of the local regulatory environment for crypto in Pakistan.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end P2P growth strategy including merchant recruitment and liquidity depth.
- Develop and execute localized digital acquisition campaigns for the Pakistani market.
- Build and activate community channels such as Telegram and WhatsApp.
- Design and execute activation sequences to drive first trades.
- Build retention and engagement playbooks using cohort analysis and CRM strategy.
- Operate reactivation programs for lapsed users.
- Maintain growth dashboards and conduct A/B testing on growth hypotheses.
