Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in data, business intelligence, or growth/lifecycle analytics
  • Experience in subscription retention for a high-growth consumer business
  • Technical proficiency in SQL and Excel
  • Knowledge of applied statistics including test design, measurement, and modeling
  • Understanding of subscription metrics such as LTV, retention, and churn
  • Experience with analytics platforms like Segment, GA, MixPanel, Looker, and Snowflake
  • Ability to break complex analytical problems into manageable components
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong grasp of cohort analysis and customer behavior

Responsibilities

  • Drive a data-driven approach to optimizing the Ollie member experience
  • Conduct exploratory analytical projects to identify actionable learnings
  • Perform hypothesis and initiative valuation to inform prioritization
  • Design and measure tests for new experiences and features
  • Support the cross-functional team as the go-to data resource
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and provide thought leadership on metric definition
  • Present analyses and communicate data/tech needs to the organization
  • Contribute ideas to enhance analytical processes
