Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in data, business intelligence, or growth/lifecycle analytics
- Experience in subscription retention for a high-growth consumer business
- Technical proficiency in SQL and Excel
- Knowledge of applied statistics including test design, measurement, and modeling
- Understanding of subscription metrics such as LTV, retention, and churn
- Experience with analytics platforms like Segment, GA, MixPanel, Looker, and Snowflake
- Ability to break complex analytical problems into manageable components
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong grasp of cohort analysis and customer behavior
Responsibilities
- Drive a data-driven approach to optimizing the Ollie member experience
- Conduct exploratory analytical projects to identify actionable learnings
- Perform hypothesis and initiative valuation to inform prioritization
- Design and measure tests for new experiences and features
- Support the cross-functional team as the go-to data resource
- Perform ad hoc analysis and provide thought leadership on metric definition
- Present analyses and communicate data/tech needs to the organization
- Contribute ideas to enhance analytical processes
