Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 7-10+ years in Strategic Account Management and Business Development in IT/Engineering Staffing.
  • 5+ years in Direct, SOW, and MSP-based clients in the commercial sector.
  • Experience building sales automation systems and processes.
  • Experience leveraging technologies and AI for task automation and outreach.
  • Leadership capabilities to execute vision, strategy, and goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Must be tech-savvy and up-to-date with current recruitment trends.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a healthy P&L with existing portfolio of accounts within Direct, SOW & MSP space.
  • Develop effective sales plans to meet or exceed sales objectives for new clients and categories.
  • Work with senior management on growth initiatives and programs.
  • Formulate strategies to achieve team targets.
  • Identify and fill RFIs and RFPs in collaboration with the proposal team.
  • Conduct regular onsite visits with clients.
  • Attend community networking events.
  • Manage relationships with hiring leaders, department heads, and procurement teams.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction through quality metrics and scorecards.
  • Serve as the overall point of escalation for current clients.
