Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 7-10+ years in Strategic Account Management and Business Development in IT/Engineering Staffing.
- 5+ years in Direct, SOW, and MSP-based clients in the commercial sector.
- Experience building sales automation systems and processes.
- Experience leveraging technologies and AI for task automation and outreach.
- Leadership capabilities to execute vision, strategy, and goals.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Must be tech-savvy and up-to-date with current recruitment trends.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Manage a healthy P&L with existing portfolio of accounts within Direct, SOW & MSP space.
- Develop effective sales plans to meet or exceed sales objectives for new clients and categories.
- Work with senior management on growth initiatives and programs.
- Formulate strategies to achieve team targets.
- Identify and fill RFIs and RFPs in collaboration with the proposal team.
- Conduct regular onsite visits with clients.
- Attend community networking events.
- Manage relationships with hiring leaders, department heads, and procurement teams.
- Monitor customer satisfaction through quality metrics and scorecards.
- Serve as the overall point of escalation for current clients.
