Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in agency, consulting, or client strategy leadership roles
- Proven experience managing multi-account portfolios and leading senior account teams
- Strong track record of driving revenue growth, retention, and client satisfaction
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, paid search, paid social, programmatic, email, and CRM/SMS
- Hands-on experience with paid media platforms is strongly preferred
- Experience working with ecommerce and/or B2B clients is a plus
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical mindset with familiarity in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Meta Ads, Klaviyo, ClickUp, and similar platforms
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Oversee a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring consistent performance, delivery quality, and strategic alignment
- Lead, mentor, and develop Account Directors and senior account team members to build a high-performing organization
- Drive revenue growth, client retention, and expansion opportunities across all accounts in the portfolio
- Define and execute account strategies that strengthen client relationships and long-term value creation
- Partner with internal leadership to align on business priorities, resource planning, and portfolio direction
- Identify opportunities to expand services and increase client engagement across digital marketing offerings
- Improve operational processes, workflows, and systems to increase efficiency and scalability
- Ensure best practices across digital marketing execution, including paid media, SEO, email, and analytics-driven programs
- Act as an escalation point for strategic client challenges and high-impact decisions
- Champion a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement within the team
