Requirements

  • Approximately 10+ years of experience in customer-facing sales roles, ideally in enterprise technology or SaaS environments.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas in a high-growth, competitive environment.
  • Strong understanding of IT environments and familiarity with Microsoft tools and enterprise technologies.
  • Experience in complex, consultative and solution-based sales cycles.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity domains such as identity security, PAM, or related solutions is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, independence, and ability to thrive in a hunter sales role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred (or equivalent professional experience).

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition by identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities across enterprise and mid-market accounts in northern Mexico.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders throughout the sales cycle.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue growth.
  • Lead sales engagements including product demonstrations, presentations, and RFP responses in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings as needed.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by staying informed on industry trends, cybersecurity challenges, and market dynamics.
