Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales management within pharmaceuticals, life sciences, chemicals, or related industries.
  • Strong track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales and revenue targets.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in coaching, motivating, and managing field sales teams.
  • Solid understanding of pricing, negotiation, segmentation, and value-based selling approaches.
  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute territory and segment sales strategies aligned with regional and global commercial objectives.
  • Drive achievement of annual and quarterly revenue, growth, and profitability targets across assigned markets.
  • Lead, coach, and develop Territory Sales Managers, ensuring strong performance management and capability building.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, distributors, and strategic partners.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to ensure effective execution of customer requirements.
  • Prepare accurate forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports for senior leadership.
