Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, consulting, or manufacturing industry roles.
- Proven success selling complex software solutions such as ERP, MES, QMS, IIoT, or analytics platforms.
- Strong experience selling SaaS or subscription-based solutions in enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence executive-level decision-makers.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and digital transformation trends.
- Experience working with structured sales methodologies and complex deal cycles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel up to 30% as required.
- Strong commercial acumen with a focus on value-based selling and ROI-driven outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for enterprise software solutions, including ERP, MES, QMS, and advanced analytics platforms.
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within assigned accounts or territories using a structured, disciplined sales approach.
- Lead value-based selling efforts, including ROI analysis, solution scoping, and commercial proposal development.
- Collaborate with technical consultants, product teams, and industry experts to design tailored customer solutions.
- Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders.
- Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline reporting, and sales activity updates through CRM systems on a regular basis.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions for executive-level stakeholders.
- Develop strong understanding of manufacturing software ecosystems and emerging digital trends impacting industrial operations.
