- Strong portfolio showcasing individual contributions and scalable design systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the design vision for the provider EHR experience.
- Manage, grow, and mentor a high-performing design team.
- Act as a hands-on design leader (player-coach) owning strategic initiatives.
- Ensure end-to-end coherence across provider and patient experiences.
- Prototype and iterate using modern AI tools.
- Lead user research efforts to validate assumptions and workflows.
- Contribute to the evolution of the design system and team practices.
