Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • PMP certification and/or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
  • 8+ years of project management experience, including at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role
  • Strong experience leading cross-functional teams in construction, engineering, or service-based project environments
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (Waterfall and Agile)
  • Proficiency in scheduling software, Excel, and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce or Procore)
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, margins, forecasting, and cost control
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work remotely while leading distributed teams and traveling periodically across the Western U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee full lifecycle execution of construction services projects across the Western region, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining safety and quality standards.
  • Provide regional leadership by managing Project Managers, Field Managers, and Project Coordinators, setting expectations, and driving accountability and performance excellence.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for complex project, customer, and field-related issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Own regional financial performance, including margin control, forecasting accuracy, cost management, and change order approvals within authority limits.
  • Strengthen customer and stakeholder relationships by ensuring clear communication, issue resolution, and alignment with operational and sales teams.
  • Drive process consistency, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives across tools, reporting, and project management systems.
  • Champion safety, compliance, and regulatory adherence across all job sites and field operations.
