Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in GTM engineering, marketing operations, revenue operations, or similar roles
- Experience within a SaaS or high-growth environment
- Strong expertise in CRM systems (especially Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms
- Hands-on experience building automations using tools such as Clay, n8n, Make, Zapier, or equivalent
- Experience working with APIs and system integrations
- Strong understanding of data enrichment, normalization, and routing strategies
- Experience with predictive scoring models for lead, account, or intent-based prioritization
- Comfort managing operational efficiency and tracking automation costs
- Strong communication skills and systems-thinking mindset
Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end GTM automation systems that support enrichment, outreach, lifecycle progression, and operational workflows
- Build and maintain predictive scoring models using product usage, behavioral signals, firmographic data, and third-party enrichment
- Own GTM data architecture and integration across CRM, marketing automation platforms, and data warehouses
- Develop scalable automation frameworks to reduce manual effort and improve speed-to-lead
- Optimize operational costs tied to automation, API usage, enrichment spend, and AI/LLM-driven workflows
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Evaluate and implement emerging AI tools and integrations
