Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in GTM engineering, marketing operations, revenue operations, or similar roles
  • Experience within a SaaS or high-growth environment
  • Strong expertise in CRM systems (especially Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms
  • Hands-on experience building automations using tools such as Clay, n8n, Make, Zapier, or equivalent
  • Experience working with APIs and system integrations
  • Strong understanding of data enrichment, normalization, and routing strategies
  • Experience with predictive scoring models for lead, account, or intent-based prioritization
  • Comfort managing operational efficiency and tracking automation costs
  • Strong communication skills and systems-thinking mindset

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement end-to-end GTM automation systems that support enrichment, outreach, lifecycle progression, and operational workflows
  • Build and maintain predictive scoring models using product usage, behavioral signals, firmographic data, and third-party enrichment
  • Own GTM data architecture and integration across CRM, marketing automation platforms, and data warehouses
  • Develop scalable automation frameworks to reduce manual effort and improve speed-to-lead
  • Optimize operational costs tied to automation, API usage, enrichment spend, and AI/LLM-driven workflows
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Evaluate and implement emerging AI tools and integrations
