Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or growth marketing.
  • Proven expertise managing and optimizing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, campaign setup, and pixel implementation.
  • Advanced analytical skills with experience working with marketing KPIs, funnel metrics, and forecasting.
  • Ability to develop data-driven recommendations.
  • Experience using AI-powered tools for marketing workflows.
  • Native-level Russian language proficiency.
  • Professional-level English proficiency (C1 or higher).
  • German language skills are highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.
  • Design and execute marketing experiments to validate acquisition, conversion, and growth hypotheses.
  • Develop media plans, budget forecasts, funnel projections, and campaign performance models.
  • Create or coordinate the production of ad creatives and marketing copy, leveraging AI tools and collaborating with creative teams.
  • Ensure accurate implementation of tracking systems, attribution models, conversion events, pixels, and integrations.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, analyze key metrics, and implement optimization strategies.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to identify, prioritize, and test new growth opportunities.
  • Manage multiple campaigns and experiments simultaneously while maintaining clear documentation.
  • Present performance insights, recommendations, and learnings to stakeholders.
  • Maintain responsible oversight of advertising budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
