Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or growth marketing.
- Proven expertise managing and optimizing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, campaign setup, and pixel implementation.
- Advanced analytical skills with experience working with marketing KPIs, funnel metrics, and forecasting.
- Ability to develop data-driven recommendations.
- Experience using AI-powered tools for marketing workflows.
- Native-level Russian language proficiency.
- Professional-level English proficiency (C1 or higher).
- German language skills are highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.
- Design and execute marketing experiments to validate acquisition, conversion, and growth hypotheses.
- Develop media plans, budget forecasts, funnel projections, and campaign performance models.
- Create or coordinate the production of ad creatives and marketing copy, leveraging AI tools and collaborating with creative teams.
- Ensure accurate implementation of tracking systems, attribution models, conversion events, pixels, and integrations.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, analyze key metrics, and implement optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to identify, prioritize, and test new growth opportunities.
- Manage multiple campaigns and experiments simultaneously while maintaining clear documentation.
- Present performance insights, recommendations, and learnings to stakeholders.
- Maintain responsible oversight of advertising budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
