Requirements

  • Proven experience marketing developer platforms, APIs, infrastructure products, technical tools, or software ecosystems.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate complex concepts to developer and engineering audiences.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a focus on clarity, technical accuracy, and audience engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop positioning frameworks, messaging strategies, and successful go-to-market initiatives.
  • Experience building scalable marketing systems, operational processes, and content frameworks that enable team efficiency.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience defining KPIs, measuring performance, and optimizing campaigns based on data.
  • Hands-on experience leveraging AI-powered tools and workflows to enhance content creation, marketing operations, and productivity.
  • Ability to operate independently, manage ambiguity, and build effective programs without extensive existing structures.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with experience coordinating efforts across product, engineering, content, and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the overall product marketing strategy, ensuring alignment between product initiatives, community engagement, content efforts, and business objectives.
  • Define positioning, messaging, and differentiation for developer-focused products, platforms, protocols, and technical solutions.
  • Create and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches, feature releases, and major ecosystem milestones.
  • Establish measurable KPIs and performance frameworks to optimize marketing investments and maximize business impact.
  • Serve as the primary owner of external messaging, ensuring consistency, quality, and technical accuracy across all communication channels.
  • Translate highly technical concepts into accessible and compelling narratives that resonate with developers and technical decision-makers.
  • Lead editorial direction for blogs, social media, launch campaigns, documentation support, and developer-facing communications.
  • Design scalable content systems, frameworks, templates, and processes that improve efficiency and maintain content quality at scale.
  • Partner with business development teams to support developer acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and long-term adoption.
  • Build and execute campaigns that grow developer communities and increase awareness of technical products and solutions.
