Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or experiential marketing in a B2B environment
- Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline through in-person or hybrid marketing programs
- Experience managing end-to-end event execution, including logistics, vendor management, and budget ownership
- Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, customer success, and marketing teams
- Familiarity with marketing automation or CRM tools such as HubSpot or similar platforms
- Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) programs is highly desirable
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Own and execute the end-to-end field marketing strategy, including industry conferences, virtual events, and flagship programs, ensuring strong alignment with pipeline and revenue goals.
- Lead planning and delivery of a major annual conference, managing everything from programming and logistics to attendee acquisition, on-site execution, and post-event engagement.
- Design and run account-based experiential campaigns in partnership with sales, targeting high-value accounts through curated in-person and executive engagement strategies.
- Develop repeatable event and field marketing playbooks that maximize ROI and ensure consistent pipeline contribution across programs.
- Build and maintain strong cross-functional collaboration with sales, customer success, and product teams to ensure all initiatives drive measurable business impact.
- Own customer loyalty initiatives including gifting, onboarding kits, and in-person engagement moments that strengthen retention and advocacy.
