Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SAP FI/CO support, implementation, or production environments
- Strong exposure to end-to-end finance processes and integrations
- Solid experience with SAP TRM and FSCM
- Deep understanding of FI/CO modules, configuration, and business processes
- Hands-on expertise in ABAP debugging
- Troubleshooting complex issues in SAP technical architecture and data structures
- Strong knowledge of Brazilian localization requirements (e.g., SPED, ICMS/IPI, NF-e)
- Experience with full lifecycle SAP implementations or upgrades
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Fluency in English and Portuguese is mandatory
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced support for SAP FI/CO environments by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex incidents across Finance, Controlling, TRM, and FSCM processes, ensuring system stability and business continuity.
- Perform functional and technical analysis, including ABAP debugging, root cause identification, and development of corrective solutions for critical issues in highly customized SAP landscapes.
- Collaborate closely with global clients and internal teams to understand requirements, support business processes, and deliver high-quality, timely resolutions.
- Develop scripts, fixes, and data correction procedures while ensuring proper documentation, testing, and deployment of solutions.
- Act as a technical/functional advisor for assigned accounts, supporting customizations, integrations, and best practices in SAP FI/CO.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives within a 24x7 global support organization.
